FSE LA – Purchase Order Terms

 

Thank you for your business! This Purchase order constitutes an agreement for the services to the above-listed vehicle, between you, our customer, and Fancy Speed Distribution, Inc., a California corporation dba FSE LA (“FSE LA”). Our Terms of Service (“TOS”) are incorporated into this purchase order as if fully set forth herein. Our Terms of Service can be found on our website at www.fse-la.com/terms-of-service.

 

This Purchase Order is an estimate for the scope of work outlined above. Estimates for services expire after thirty (30) days. Prior to charging you an increase in the estimate provided, we will notify you in writing of an increase in charges, which you must approve before we will begin or re-commence the services. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by FSE LA, all times or completion dates provided are estimates only. If a deposit is required by FSE LA, your deposit shall be non-refundable and shall be applied to the total balance owed. Payment via credit card is subject to a credit card processing fee of 2.75%. FSE LA has no obligation to return your vehicle until all amounts for your services are paid in full; however, we may return possession of your vehicle before payment is made, such as waiting on direct payment from your insurance provider. We are not responsible for verifying insurance coverage and cannot guarantee that our services will be covered by your insurance. To the extent that our services are not covered by your insurance or payment from your insurance company is not made, you will be responsible for all past-due amounts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are either the legal owner of your vehicle or have obtained written approval from the legal owner of your vehicle prior to us commencing the services. We reserve the right to charge you storage fees in the event of storing your vehicle after a failure to pay or a delay in picking up your vehicle. Failure to pay any amounts owed to us will cause those unpaid amounts to accrue interest at three percent (3%) per month, until paid in full. Once your invoice becomes thirty (30) days past-due, FSE LA may transfer your invoice, account, and any past-due payments to a collection agency or attorney. If your invoice, account, and any past-due payments is transferred to a collection agency or attorney, FSE LA shall be entitled to recover all costs and fees in collecting your past-due balance, including all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. We reserve the right to file a mechanics lien and sell your vehicle in the event of non-payment. All amounts paid by you are final. Our services are subject to our Limited Warranty and other requirements imposed on us by California law. FSE LA reserves all rights permitted under California law.
