Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 30, 2026
THESE TERMS ARE IMPORTANT AND AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE PRIOR TO ENGAGING FSE LA. BY ENGAGING FSE LA, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TRUST OR CONTINUED TRUST IN OUR BUSINESS!
Section 1 – Introduction & Consent to Terms.
Welcome to Fancy Speed Distribution, Inc., a California corporation dba FSE LA’s (referred to herein as “FSE LA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) Terms of Service (referred to herein as our “Terms”).
Thank you for choosing FSE LA for your collision, autobody, and/or repair needs. These Terms set forth the terms and obligations between us, the company providing the Services, and you, our client (referred to herein collectively as the “Parties”). All terms and obligations contained herein are legally binding. Your use of our collision, autobody, and vehicle repair services, which are more particularly described on our “Website” at https://www.fse-la.com/ (our “Services”) constitutes explicit acceptance of all of the terms contained herein.
The specific car(s) or vehicle(s) that we are servicing, as outlined on your estimate, is referred to herein as your “Vehicle” or “Vehicles”.
Section 2 – Exploring Our Services, Quotes, and Diagnostics.
If you are interested in using our Services or hearing more about our Services, please contact us to receive an estimate for your specific Services-needs. Our Services and estimates can be requested on our Website, by phone, email, or in-person.
All estimates we provide are approximations only and are based on the estimated scope of work from either the information you have provided to us, or if you have brought your Vehicle into our shop, based on our preliminary diagnostic. While we endeavor to provide you with the most accurate estimate possible, sometimes jobs end up being larger, more complex, or other issues arise that is/are out of our control and may cause the estimate we give you to increase. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the cost for services or cost parts needed for the repair of your Vehicle based on the particulars of the Services, cost for parts, and other market factors.
In accordance with applicable law, estimates and work authorization(s) must be accepted and agreed to by you prior to us commencing work. If you do not agree to the provided estimate, the work authorization, and/or any increases in the estimate, if any, we are not legally permitted to work or to continue to work on your Vehicle. We generally request that repair authorizations or changes be authorized by you in writing; however, sometimes authorization is given orally. You agree that oral authorization for our Services is effective and binding on you as if put into writing.
Prior to charging you an increase in the estimate provided, we will notify you in writing of the increase in charges which you will be required to accept before we move forward. All increases, if any, will be invoiced to you and will become a material obligation and condition of using our Services.
Providing your Vehicle with a diagnostic pre-repair report will enable us to provide you with a more accurate scope of issues and repair needs prior to commencing Services. While we do charge for our diagnostic pre-repair services, if you choose to move forward with our Services of your Vehicle, the cost of the diagnostic pre-repair report will be credited to your total invoice for our Services. You are not required to use our Services if you engage us for a diagnostic pre-repair report.
Section 3 - Performance of Services.
FSE LA agrees to perform the Services listed on your estimate and work authorization.
All work provided by FSE LA will be done by one or more of our in-house workers, whether employees or contractors. When you hire FSE LA to provide the Services, you are hiring FSE LA and not a specific employee, contractor, or other worker at FSE LA. We do not and cannot guarantee that your Vehicle will be serviced by the same person or persons. We reserve the right to substitute workers based on our worker availability, current jobs, and other reasons in our sole discretion.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by FSE LA, all times or completion dates provided for your specific Services are estimates only. While we do our best to ensure that we are timely with our provision of the Services, we generally cannot guarantee that your Services will be completed by a particular time or date. We will communicate all time estimates, as well as delays or estimates for completion to you. In some instances, we can guarantee a date for completion of your Services. Unless you have a guaranteed completion date on your estimate, time is not of the essence for your Services.
You agree to give FSE LA access possession of your Vehicle for the Services. As a service provider, we require that your Vehicle is at our shop. Other than providing estimates for the work, we cannot provide our Services virtually.
We recommend - but do not require - that you take photographs or videos of your Vehicle prior to commencement of our Services. We are not responsible for issues that arose or existed before your Vehicle came into our shop and that are not caused by our Services.
Under California law, you have the right to request the return of parts from your Vehicle that are replaced by FSE LA. Please make this request on your work authorization or before we begin the Services. Replaced parts that you do not request to have returned will become the property of FSE LA when the Services are completed, and we may dispose of, recycle, or re-use them without compensation to you. Parts that must be returned to a supplier under a warranty or exchange (core) arrangement will be made available for your inspection on request.
FSE LA reserves the right to use new, used, or refurbished parts in connection with the Service of your Vehicle.
At all times, FSE LA shall act in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in performing the Services.
Section 4 – Terms of Purchase.
Estimates expire after thirty (30) days.
We reserve the right to change our Service fees, costs, or otherwise if you have not accepted your estimate and work authorization within the thirty (30) day period. We reserve the right to reject our Services to anyone and for any reason. We also reserve the right to discontinue certain Services at any time, in our sole discretion.
You agree that it is your sole responsibility to complete any and all payments owed to FSE LA arising out of or in connection with the Services performed for your Vehicle.
All prices for the Services are in U.S. Dollars. We accept cash, check, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer (ACH or wire). The prices shown on our estimates and invoices are the full prices for payment by credit card; we do not add a surcharge for paying by credit card. If you pay by cash, check, debit card, or ACH/wire transfer, you will receive a discount of two and three-quarters percent (2.75%) off the quoted price, as permitted by California Civil Code § 1748.1(b).
When you provide payment information, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will notify us of changes to the payment information.
By providing a credit card, you represent and warrant that you authorize us to charge your payment method for all charges you incur for your purchase of our Services. You agree that you are responsible to pay for and will pay for all such charges. If your payment is denied, you will be responsible for an administrative fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) which is not a penalty but rather is ‘liquidated damages’ for our reasonable administrative costs in contacting you for new payment.
Unless insurance payments are expected to be paid after you have obtained possession of your Vehicle, invoices for our Services are due and payable prior to accepting possession of your Vehicle. We reserve the right to wait for payment from your insurance provider or until we receive confirmation from your insurance provider that payment for the Services have been sent, prior to commencing your Services or returning your Vehicle.
Amounts not paid when due will accrue simple interest at ten percent (10%) per year, or the highest rate permitted by law if that is lower, from the due date until paid in full. Once your invoice becomes thirty (30) days past due, FSE LA may refer your invoice, account, and any past-due payments to a collection agency or attorney. To the extent permitted by law, FSE LA shall be entitled to recover its reasonable costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
Because Services are performed to your authorized estimate, we do not offer refunds for Services that have been performed as authorized. This does not limit your rights under our Limited Warranty (Section 10) or any right you have under California law. If you are dissatisfied with our Services, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve your issue(s).
Section 5 – Deposit and Possible Additional Charges.
If required by FSE LA, you agree to pay to FSE LA an initial deposit to reserve FSE LA for the Services in an amount as determined by FSE LA (a “Deposit”), commensurate with the scope of anticipated work, difficulty, etc.
If required, the Deposit must be paid to FSE LA prior to FSE LA’s agreeance to perform the Services.
You understand and agree that if a Deposit is required, you will not reserve FSE LA until the Deposit is paid. Subject to the Cancellation section, below, your Deposit shall be non-refundable and shall be applied to the total balance owed. No interest will accrue on your Deposit.
Some examples of additional charges include, but are not limited to:
-
Storage fees (if you have left your Vehicle at our shop for more than seven (7) days after Services completion); and
-
Shipping or transportation costs from your home or other location where the Vehicle is located to our shop.
You agree that it is your sole responsibility to pay all costs, fees, and charges incurred by FSE LA in connection with your Services.
Section 6 – Insurance Payments and Coverage.
If the Services to be carried out on your Vehicle is the subject of an insurance claim or if you will be submitting the Services costs to insurance, you will be required to comply with any and all requirements of your insurance provider. Unless we are handling the insurance part of your Services, we will not be liable to you for any issues, delays, or otherwise arising out of your failures of compliance with your insurance provider or other issues arising out of or in connection with your insurance.
We do not and cannot guarantee that our Services will be covered by your insurance. It is your sole responsibility to determine and/or confirm coverage.
We reserve the right to wait for payment from your insurance provider or until we receive confirmation from your insurance provider that payment for the Services have been sent, prior to commencing your Services or returning your Vehicle.
If payment for Services is being covered by insurance, sometimes the insurance provider will send the check directly to FSE LA and sometimes the check will be sent directly to you. If the insurance check is sent to you, you agree to promptly transfer the check to FSE LA.
Coverage by insurance does not relieve you of your payment obligations for the Services.
Section 7 – Transportation of Your Vehicle.
If you are not dropping off your Vehicle at our shop, FSE LA reserves the right to charge you for pick-up and drop-off of your Vehicle. All charges for transportation, if any, will be communicated to you and agreed upon by you in your estimate.
If you have engaged FSE LA to transport your vehicle from your home or other location where the Vehicle is located, we reserve the right to use a third-party, such as a towing company, to transport your Vehicle. Unless it can be shown that FSE LA was negligent in transporting your Vehicle, risk of loss remains with you from pick-up to drop-off at our shop, or, in the case of a third-party trucking or towing company, risk of loss passes to the third-party trucking or towing company upon pickup. We will not be liable for accidents, inclement weather, malfunctions, or other issues of your Vehicle not tied to the negligence of FSE LA. We will not be liable for accidents, inclement weather, malfunctions, or other issues of your Vehicle while being transported by a third-party towing company. We do not and cannot guarantee perfect transportation from your home or other location where the Vehicle is located to our shop.
If your Vehicle is transported by a third-party towing or transport company, that company is an independent business and is responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transport, subject to its insurance. FSE LA is not responsible for the acts of a third-party carrier except to the extent loss or damage is caused by FSE LA's own negligence or misconduct. All third-party carriers that we use are required to carry standard insurance for the transportation of your Vehicle.
For purposes of providing the Services, you authorize FSE LA to transport your Vehicle from one place to another as may reasonably be required or necessary, including for purposes of testing, diagnostics, or provision of the Services.
Section 8 – Our Possession of your Car and Our Additional Legal Rights for Non-Payment.
In accordance with California law, when Services are performed on your Vehicle, we have the right to obtain payment from you before turning over possession of your Vehicle. Only in certain instances will we permit your Vehicle to be taken by you prior to payment.
You agree that you grant to FSE LA a security interest in your Vehicle, together with any and all parts, accessories, replacements, and additions thereto to secure all amounts owed to FSE LA arising out of or in connection with your Services, as outlined herein and on your applicable estimate.
In the event that you do not pay all monies owed to FSE LA that were authorized by you and/or necessary to the performance of your Services, we are legally permitted to deny the return of your Vehicle. If you have not paid for your Services prior to pick-up, we have no obligation to return your Vehicle to you.
Possession of your Vehicle will not pass back to you until all monies are paid to FSE LA.
In the event that we possess your Vehicle due to non-payment or other issues, we reserve the right to charge you for storage fees, in accordance with Section 5. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to pay all costs, fees, and charges incurred by FSE LA in connection with storing your Vehicle.
If you have not paid all monies owed to FSE LA for your Services, we reserve the right to file a mechanic’s lien against your Vehicle. You agree that you are responsible for all charges for repairs and our Services, including labor and parts, storage and/or towing. You agree if FSE LA files a mechanic’s lien against your Vehicle, that FSE LA can recover from you, all costs and fees incurred in filing the mechanic’s lien against your Vehicle, including attorney's fees.
FSE LA reserves the right to file a mechanic's lien against your Vehicle for any unpaid amount, no matter how large or small, as permitted by California law.
Once we have filed a mechanic’s lien against your Vehicle, we reserve the right to sell your Vehicle in accordance with California law.
The proceeds of a sale of your Vehicle will be applied by FSE LA to the payment of any money that you owe FSE LA, including for labor, parts, costs, interest, attorney’s fees, and other amounts permitted by California law.
If the proceeds from the sale of your Vehicle does not cover the amounts owed to FSE LA, FSE LA reserves all of its rights under California law to go after you for the remaining balance. If there is a surplus after the proceeds from the sale of your Vehicle have been applied to the balance owed to FSE LA, FSE LA will remit those amounts to you. If FSE LA is unable to remit excess proceeds to you (ex – no responses to communications and address not being current) then FSE LA will hold onto the excess proceeds for 6 months, or more, if required by California law. Once this period expires, all excess proceeds will be forfeited to FSE LA.
You agree to indemnify and hold FSE LA and our employees and agents harmless from any and all damages, losses, causes of action, or similar arising out of our sale of your Vehicle in the event of your non-payment or failure to pay.
Section 9 – Your Representations and Warranties with Respect to your Vehicle
By signing up for our Services, you represent and warrant the following about your Vehicle:
-
You are the owner or licensee of the Vehicle and have all rights under California law to authorize the repair work outlined in your estimate. No third-party authorization is required.
-
Our performance of the Services will not violate any third-party agreement, promise, representation, order, judgment, or similar.
-
Your Vehicle is registered and licensed in the state/territory applicable to your Vehicle.
If you are submitting a leased Vehicle to FSE LA for Services, it is your sole responsibility to confirm with your lessor whether or not the Services provided by FSE LA are covered by your lease agreement. To the extent that you do not notify us that you are submitting a leased car, or the lessor does not accept the work, or your lease agreement does not permit third-party repairs, or any other issues arising out of a leased vehicle or agreement, you agree that you are still personally liable for the full fees, costs, and expenses incurred by FSE LA in connection with your provision of Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold FSE LA and our employees and agents harmless from any and all damages, losses, causes of action, or similar arising out of your breach of these representations and warranties.
Section 10 – Warranties of Services Performed and Limited Warranty.
FSE LA offers the following "Limited Warranty" for our Services:
FSE LA warrants that the Services will be performed in a good, professional, and workmanlike manner, at or exceeding industry standards for the Services, and without any material defects in the performance of our Services.
Our Limited Warranty does not cover: (a) defects or malfunctions of third-party products that are incorporated into your Vehicle, all of which are subject to the warranty for those products; (b) issues with our Services that are a result of your or a third-party misuse of your Vehicle, accident, or other issue(s) out of our control; and (c) other issues limited by applicable law.
Our Limited Warranty is valid for twelve (12) months or 10,000 miles from the date the Services are performed, whichever comes first. If any portion of the Services does not conform to this Limited Warranty, FSE LA will repair the nonconforming portion at no charge to you. This Limited Warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under California law.
The Limited Warranty is valid only if the Vehicle is returned to our shop. Our Limited Warranty does not cover the services of any third-parties without our express written consent. The Limited Warranty extends only to the client for whom the Services were provided and not any subsequent purchaser, transferee, or licensee of your Vehicle.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION, FSE LA MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONCERNING ITS SERVICES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR OTHER RIGHT THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW.
Section 11 – Cancellation and Warranty Assistance.
All cancellations or changes to the date of our Services must be made by you prior to the start of our Services. If you cancel your Services after we have begun providing Services, FSE LA is entitled to charge you for those Services actually performed by FSE LA.
If you are purchasing Vehicle parts or accessories through FSE LA and there is an issue with the parts or accessories (such as defective) we will assist you with going through the warranty process.
For insurance repair or for dealer parts, we may provide assistance with obtaining parts and/or dealing with warranty issues on defective parts.
Section 12 – Limitations of Engagement.
While we promise a high standard of quality when performing the Services, there are some limitations to our engagement, which include but are not limited to:
-
Pre-Existing Conditions: FSE LA is not responsible for pre-existing conditions of your Vehicle outside of the Services we are being engaged for. For example: if your Vehicle is dropped off with a tear in the driver’s seat leather, unless our Services involve repairing the tear, we will not be responsible for the tear or reasonable exacerbations of the tear while providing our Services.
-
Post-Services Alterations: FSE LA is not responsible for post-Services alterations or modifications by you or a third-party to your Vehicle. Post-Services alterations or modifications of the area or areas of our Services are not within our control. This also voids our Limited Warranty.
-
Parts Failures: FSE LA is not responsible for mechanical failures or parts issues that arise not in connection with our Services. Any warranties on any parts we use in connection with your Services are limited only to those written warranties provided by the applicable part’s manufacturer. We are not responsible for failures or issues from parts that we use in connection with your Services.
-
Vehicle Use: You are responsible for your use or misuse of your Vehicle after pick-up. We will not be liable for your use or misuse of your Vehicle or any damage caused to our Services arising out of your use or misuse.
-
Insurance or Warranty Coverage. We do not guarantee that your Services will be covered by your insurance provider or warranty coverage. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by FSE LA, it is your sole responsibility to determine whether the Services performed by FSE LA are covered by your insurance provider or warranty coverage.
-
Aesthetics. Sometimes the color, accessory, or other part that we use may be slightly different than as pictured on our website or on the marketing or promotional items you receive. We do not and cannot guarantee, especially with using third-party parts or accessories, that the color, accessory, or other part will be exactly as you desired.
-
Other Limitations Permitted by California Law. Finally, our Services are limited by all other limitations permitted by California law, whether statute, case law, or otherwise.
Section 13 – Reviews.
If you are happy with our Services, we highly encourage you to leave a review on an online platform of your choosing. Reviews are how potential clients see our past work and is part of how we continue to grow our business.
You are always free to share your honest opinion of our Services, positive or negative, on any platform. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to post a review or to make any statement about FSE LA, and we will never penalize you or charge you a fee for doing so. If something went wrong, we would appreciate the chance to make it right – please contact us.
Section 14 – No Solicitation of Workers.
By hiring FSE LA, you agree not to solicit or encourage any person(s) employed by FSE LA to leave the employ of FSE LA and work directly with you.
Section 15 – Photographs for Promotional Purposes.
By using FSE LA for the Services, you explicitly permit FSE LA to take photographs of the work performed for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, including on FSE LA’s Website and/or social media accounts. This includes before and after photos.
You will not be entitled to any royalty or similar from said use(s), if any. Nothing herein required the uses of photographs taken before or after your job.
Section 16 – FSE LA Intellectual Property, Website, and Worker Communications.
The contents of our Website are protected by United States and international copyright laws. The contents of our Website are owned exclusively by FSE LA or licensed to us. You may not, and may not cause or encourage others to, reproduce, distribute, display, sell, transfer, assign, license or use for commercial purposes any copyrighted material on our Website (the “Intellectual Property”) without our prior written consent. FSE LA and our name, logos, slogans, or otherwise are trademarks or service marks ("Marks") of FSE LA. All rights in these Marks are reserved by FSE LA. You may not use any FSE LA-provided Marks or other logos or graphics, without our prior written consent.
Sometimes there may be inaccuracies on our Website with regard to services, pricing, parts, or otherwise. We do not promise that our Website is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to update the information found on our Website which is being provided to you for informational purposes only.
Past results of our clients are not a predictor for future success.
Finally, no statements by our workers shall bind nor shall be considered representations by FSE LA.
Section 17 – Disclaimer.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FSE LA AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES MAKE NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW.
We are not liable for loss or damage that is not caused by our breach of these Terms, our negligence, or our willful misconduct.
WHILE WE ENDEAVOR TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICES POSSIBLE, NO SERVICE PROVIDED IS PERFECT. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE(S).
Section 18 – Limitation of Liability.
FSE LA shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance for causes beyond our control or any other damage which does not result from a breach of our obligations under these Terms.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, NOR FOR DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE RESULTING FROM CAUSES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FSE LA FOR THE SERVICES. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO DAMAGES CAUSED BY OUR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR VIOLATION OF LAW, TO PERSONAL INJURY, OR TO LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE WHILE IT IS IN OUR CARE, CUSTODY, OR CONTROL, OR WHERE THEY ARE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY CALIFORNIA LAW (INCLUDING CIVIL CODE § 1668).
ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES OR THESE TERMS MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE CALIFORNIA LAW.
Section 19 – Indemnification.
Each party shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other and their directors, officers, owners, managers, employees and agents from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and expenses (collectively “Losses”), joint or several, resulting or arising from any claims, actions, proceedings, or litigation relating to or arising from (a) use of the Services; (b) that party’s breach of these Terms; or (c) breach of applicable law.
Section 20 – General Provisions.

Electronic Communications. By using our Services, you agree to receiving electronic, text, and phone communications from FSE LA and its agents regarding your Services.
Waiver. The failure by FSE LA to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of our right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of these Terms.
Assignment. You may not assign, pledge, delegate, or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without FSE LA prior written consent.
Relationship. Nothing in these Terms shall create, or is intended to create an agency, employment, franchise, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and FSE LA.
Force Majeure. FSE LA shall not be considered in default of this Agreement or be liable for damages therefor, for any failure, delay in performance hereunder, or for damages or losses to your Vehicle that is/are caused or prevented by an act of god, severe weather incident, force of nature, accident, war, insurrection, labor dispute, governmental regulatory action, global health pandemic, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond the control of FSE LA.

Section 21 – Online Store Purchases.
This Section applies to parts, accessories, fluids, apparel, and other products you buy from the online store at fse-la.com ("Products"). The Sections above apply to Services performed at our shop.
Prices and fees. Product prices are in U.S. Dollars. The price shown for each Product includes all mandatory fees charged by FSE LA. Sales tax, and any shipping charge shown at checkout before you place your order, are added at checkout. Where a Product page states that its price includes shipping and import duties, no separate shipping or tariff charge will be added.
Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or ship it. If a Product is unavailable or was listed with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you paid in full.
Shipping times. We ship within the time stated on the Product page or at checkout, or within thirty (30) days if no time is stated. If we cannot ship within that time, we will notify you and you may cancel your order for a full refund, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435). Risk of loss passes to you when the Product is delivered to you or your carrier.
Pre-orders and deposits. Any pre-order deposit is fully refundable on request at any time before the Product ships, unless the Product page clearly states otherwise before you pay.
Returns and refunds. Returns are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Warranties. Products are covered by the written warranty of their manufacturer (for example iPE, Automods, or Pakelo), as stated on the Product page or in the manufacturer's warranty document, which we will provide on request before purchase. Products sold as new are new. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any implied warranty or other right you have under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act or other applicable law.
Lawful use. Some Products are sold for racing or off-highway use only, as stated on the Product page, and may not be installed on vehicles operated on public roads. You are responsible for installing and using Products in compliance with applicable law, including California emissions laws (Health and Safety Code § 43000 et seq.), vehicle equipment laws, and exhaust noise limits (Vehicle Code §§ 27150 and 27151).
Product information. We try to describe Products accurately, including fitment. If a Product you receive is not as described, contact us within the period stated in our Refund Policy and we will make it right.
